By accessing or using the Dispatchr website (dispatchr.social), applications, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered users. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispatchr is a social media management platform operated by Corey Alan Consulting that allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms
• Manage content libraries and media assets
• View analytics and performance data for published content
• Collaborate with team members on social media workflows

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unauthorized purposes.

By connecting third-party social media accounts to Dispatchr, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to connect and manage those accounts
• You have the necessary permissions to publish content on those accounts
• Your use of those accounts complies with the respective platform's terms of service
• You grant Dispatchr permission to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you authorize

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including account suspensions, content removal, or changes to their APIs that may affect the functionality of our Service.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive posting practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Corey Alan Consulting and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data from connected social media accounts. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

You have full control over your personal data within the Service:

• Data Export: You can download a complete copy of your personal data at any time from your account settings. The export includes your profile information, posts, content, templates, social account connections, and activity history in machine-readable JSON format.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your account settings. This action is irreversible and removes all personal data, posts, content, templates, social media connections, and activity history from our systems.
• Social Account Disconnection: You can disconnect individual social media accounts at any time. This removes stored access tokens and platform credentials.

For users who connected via Facebook or Instagram, you may also initiate a data deletion request through your Facebook settings. We process these requests promptly and provide a confirmation code to track status.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that content published through the Service will be successfully delivered to or accepted by third-party social media platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Corey Alan Consulting, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Actions taken by third-party social media platforms affecting your accounts or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corey Alan Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you publish through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us or disconnect all connected accounts through the Service settings.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
