Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your data from Dispatchr.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Dispatchr account and all associated data at any time:

  1. Sign in to your Dispatchr account.
  2. Go to Settings > Your Data.
  3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

This action is irreversible and removes all personal data, posts, content, templates, connected social accounts, and activity history from our systems.

Disconnect a Social Account

To remove a specific social media connection without deleting your entire account:

  1. Sign in to your Dispatchr account.
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.

When you disconnect an account, we delete the associated access tokens and account data from our systems.

Platform-Specific Deletion

You can also revoke Dispatchr's access and request data deletion directly from each social media platform:

Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

Meta supports automatic data deletion callbacks. When you remove Dispatchr from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta sends us a deletion request and we remove all associated data. To initiate this:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Dispatchr and click Remove.

You will receive a confirmation code to track the status of your deletion request at our status page.

Google / YouTube

To revoke Dispatchr's access to your YouTube channel:

  1. Visit Google Account Permissions.
  2. Find Dispatchr in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove Access.

LinkedIn

To revoke Dispatchr's access to your LinkedIn account:

  1. Go to LinkedIn Settings > Data Privacy.
  2. Click Third-party connections.
  3. Find Dispatchr and remove access.

TikTok

To revoke Dispatchr's access to your TikTok account:

  1. Open TikTok and go to Settings and Privacy.
  2. Navigate to Security and Permissions > Manage App Permissions.
  3. Find Dispatchr and remove access.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account or we process a deletion request, we remove:

  • Your account profile and credentials
  • All connected social media account data and access tokens
  • All posts, scheduled content, and drafts
  • Uploaded media and content items
  • Post templates and saved configurations
  • Analytics and performance data
  • Organization memberships and settings

Audit logs and login attempt records are retained for up to 30 days after deletion for security purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

Data Export

Before deleting your account, you can export a copy of all your personal data in JSON format from Settings > Your Data > Export Data.
